Barrett-Jackson To Open Vault Filled With Customs

What is with everything you desire being kept in a vault?! First it was Disney movies growing up getting released on a seemingly random time lock and now it’s an entire automotive collection.

In fairness, this Vault Portfolio collection did already release some cars to market back at Barrett-Jackson’s Northeast auction and looks to again at their upcoming Las Vegas offering. “Vehicles from the collection that will be in Vegas represent some of the finest examples of customs crafted by talented builders like Frank Tetro and Bobby Alloway,” noted Craig Jackson, chairman and CEO of Barrett-Jackson. “The Vault Portfolio will certainly help accelerate the passion for these beautiful customs.”

The car which he is referencing as being built by Frank and Bobby is a 1932 Ford coupe. What began its life as a Model A has since gone full hot rod and features a Chevrolet 502cu.-in. big block V8 with a Turbo 350 transmission.

However, not all the offerings are hot rods. They’re as diverse as a 1950 Chevy Woody Wagon to a custom 2014 Corvette.

Additional offerings include, via Barrett-Jackson:
