F-150 RTR Combines Street, Off-Road Performance

The name RTR is slowly taking its place amongst famed Ford collaborators like Roush with their latest debut, the F-150 RTR. The F-150 joins their stable of Mustangs through the years, the most recent, the Series 1 Mustang RTR Powered by Ford Performance, debuted at SEMA last year, but this is their first entry into the truck market.

Available for any F-150 trim level, minus the Raptor, the F-150 RTR is a dealer installed package that will set you back $12,750 (starting price). The upgrades to the truck include a mix of cosmetic and performance. The fender flares and RTR grille with LED accents make up the bulk of the cosmetic changes with a functional skid plate bridging the gap between appearance and performance. On the performance side you’ll notice: Fox 2.0 coilover and shock package, a Ford Performance cat-back sport exhaust and RTR Tech 6 off-road wheels wrapped in Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Additionally, the car comes with a serialized plaque signed by RTR’s founder, and Formula Drift and Ultra4 east champion, Vaughn Gittin Jr.

Since the F-150 RTR package is dealer installed your new F-150 won’t lose any of the factory warranties with the modifications. The F-150 RTR is available now at Ford dealers nationwide.
